Team Building a YouTube Video Whether you are a group of students or a group of employees, team building and teams are going to be part of your life. Teams can be built in many ways, but what we do know is that to have a successful team, everyone on the team must have a role and participate and the team must have some structure to function effectively. Your instructor assigned groups of five to seven students to make a creative and innovative YouTube video about a communication concept of each group’s choice. The task of the group is to create a video that illustrates the concept in an innovative and creative way. It is important for everyone in the group to participate both in the creation of the video and its presentation to the class. 1. What was the initial reaction of the group to this assignment? 2.
